Carte d'identité perdue. Personnel derrière le comptoir refuse catégoriquement de délivré la nouvelle carte d'identité qui avait été commandée auparavant. Celui ci nous oblige a "suivre la loi" qui selon lui nous impose de nous rendre au poste de police pour y remplir une attestation de perte de CI. Le bureau de police nous indique que cela n'est absolument pas nécessaire et qu'il suffit de remplir une déclaration sur l'honneur à la commune. Demi journée de congé perdue du a l'incompétence/ignorance de l'agent communal en question.

Personnels derrière les comptoirs de la maison communale démotivés et antipathiques, l’impression générale est une morosité ambiante, un personnels fatigués que l’on vient déranger en posant nos questions. Il serait bon de leurs rappeler qu’ils représentent la commune et qu’ils sont la première image de celle-ci envers les citoyens de l’entité Perwezienne. Cet avis ne se réfère qu’aux personnels de la maison communale et ne reflète en rien la commune de Perwez.

superbe commune mais avec un personnel de la commune execrable, je m'explique : je suis diabétique , je dois donc renouveller mon permis tout les 5 ans, j'ai réservé une voiture pour mes vacances et malheureusement je n'avait pas fait attention mais mon permis est arrivé à échéance ! je me depeche donc de leur téléphoné afin de savoir si avoir mon permis en 2 jours était possible, on me répond que non , tant pis pour moi aucune autre solution n'est envisagable mais en plus il n'existe pas de procédure d'urgence comme pour les carte d'identité ou passeport .... ce qu'il ne m'on pas dit c'est que si il n'y a pas de procédure d'urgence c'est parceque les permis sont délivré normalement très rapidement !!!! une chance pour moi j'avais demenager je me suis rendu alors à ma commune actuel qui m'a assuré que j'aurais mon permis le lendemain étant donné qu'il avait une livraison .... bref limité au maximum les intéractions avec ce personnel !!! il vous diront que le permis arrive dans 1 semaine alors que ce serai le lendemain !!!!! très déçu d'avoir eu affaire à ce genre de personne d'autant plus que tout le monde sais très bien que travaillé à la commune n'est pas le plus exigent des métier !!!! ces personnes n'on leurs place qu'au chomage, c'est scandaleux (beaucoup de personnes pense comme moi dans la commune je vous invite à vérifié )
